The location of the hotel was perfect for my business trip, being just a short distance from the corporate campus in RTP. Check, in was quick and efficient, even with the ongoing renovation at the reception area. the staff was friendly and helped resolve the issue with my room's heating system. the rooms were clean and well, appointed, with plenty of towels and bottled water.

The hotel showed signs of aging, with outdated decor and furniture. the sound insulation between rooms was lacking, and I could hear noise from neighboring rooms.

a comfortable bed in our room. we strongly recommend it to family and friends, great value. the staff was so friendly.

The hotel is situated in a much quieter area, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. It is surrounded by ample eateries, making it convenient to find a variety of dining options. the on-site restaurant offers a pleasant dining experience, with reasonable prices and a good selection of dishes. Guests staying in this hotel have easy access to all the attractions and activities in the Triangle area.

The cleanliness of the carpets in some areas of the hotel could be improved.

The hotel offered a convenient shuttle service to and from the airport, which saved us the hassle of renting a car. The location of the hotel was also great, situated in a peaceful and quiet area while still being close to a variety of restaurants. This made it easy for us to find a place to eat during our stay.

One downside was that the hotel was a bit far from restaurants if you didn't have access to a vehicle. It was about a mile either east or west on I-40 to reach eateries.
